REQUIRE YOU TO TAKE A STATE CONTRACTORS EXAM OR TO HAVE OPERATIONAL INSURANCE.
THIS IS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ACTING IN THE CAPACITY OF A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY OPERATING WITH EITHER CLASS (A) CLASS (B) OR CLASS (C) BUSINESS LICENSE.
THE CLASS (P) LICENSE ONLY AUTHORIZES YOU TO HAVE YOUR OWN INTERNAL SECURITY STAFF
ALL OF YOUR SECURITY OFFICERS MUST BE REGISTERED UNDER YOUR CLASS (P) LICENSE AND THEY MUST CARRY A STATE ISSUED POCKET CARD FOR LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3 OR LEVEL 4. DEPENDING UPON THE SPECIFIC DUTIES THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM WITHIN YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS.
